Don Rogers, Founder & Managing Partner
Don is the Founder and Managing Partner of Stride Capital Group, bringing more than 25 years of investment experience, including day one and seed investments in innovative strategies that have grown in excess of $40 billion. Prior to Stride, Don worked with the founders of MSD Capital as a partner and founding team member of SkyBridge Capital, where he led several seed investments, including the seeding of Abdiel Capital. Don has been an active investor in alternatives since 1994 as a co-general partner and co-founder of Rogers Investment Partners LLC, with a focus on early stage alternative managers, including a day one investment in Lone Pine Capital. Don graduated with honors from Harvard College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Arthur Liao, Chief of Operations & Finance
Art is responsible for Stride’s finance, accounting, operations and infrastructure, in addition to working with seeded managers to implement best practices. Before joining Stride, Art was a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone and the CFO of Blackstone Alternative Asset Management (BAAM). At Blackstone, Art was responsible for the leadership and strategic development of the operations, treasury, and accounting/finance infrastructure to support the strategies within BAAM, which grew from $3 billion to $80 billion during his tenure. Art’s responsibilities included the General Partnership Stakes, Seeding and Co-Investing business lines, which he played a role in forming at their earliest stages. Art started his career at Ernst & Young covering financial services clients including banking and capital markets firms and hedge funds. Art received his BS in Accounting and his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
Allyson Manning, Director
Allyson is the Director at Stride Capital Group, working directly with and for several of Stride’s seeded managers on strategic and tactical operations, compliance, marketing, and investor relations. She also carries out initial screening in the manager research pipeline, selecting managers based on the firm’s investment criteria, and coordinates all phases of operations and investor relations for Stride. Prior to joining Stride, she redesigned allocation models and improved process management at a humanitarian aid organization, enhancing organizational efficiency and impact. Allyson graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in International Relations and Development Economics.
Jessica Tavarez, Analyst
Jessica is an Analyst at Stride providing broad support to the business and operations. Prior to joining Stride, Jessica was an Associate at Mirador, LLC where she managed client relationships ranging from family offices to UHNW individuals utilizing software to aggregate client performance data, specializing in alternative investments. Prior to that, Jessica was an Investment Analyst at Wright Investors Service, Inc. where she followed the Energy sector, ran various performance, variance, and research reports, and provided support to Trading and Portfolio Administration. Jessica graduated summa cum laude from Sacred Heart University with a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics.
